Description of This Book

Sumac Lottery is the fifth child in her large, rambunctious family of seven. The large Victorian home they call Camelottery is already fairly crowded with four parents, a parrot, a dog, a rat, and two cats. Sumac then learns that one of their grandfathers will be moving in with them one day. And not just any grandfather, but one who has been long dormant and hasn't been involved in any of their lives. She tries to be kind, but the elderly man is obviously not a fan of the Lotterys' lifestyle, which includes eating unusual vegetables and whole grains, quirky pets, and a multiracial family. Grumps must be removed since he's more difficult to get along with than that. But can Sumac assist him in locating a place to call his own?
